Our Position
XColdPro Shop does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you have explicitly opted in. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honored as a valid opt-out.
Section 1
Statutory Basis

This page describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and similar U.S. state privacy laws.

Your Opt-Out Choices
  • Reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner the first time you visit, or any time later via the "Manage cookies" footer link.
  • Disable Analytics and Advertising via the cookie banner's "Customize" panel. Changes take effect immediately and persist in localStorage.
  • Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat the GPC signal as a valid opt-out under CPRA ยง 7025. GPC is supported natively in Brave, DuckDuckGo, and Firefox.
  • Email a privacy request to legal@xcoldpro.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell / Do Not Share". We respond within 15 business days.
Section 3
What We Do Not Do
  • We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
  • We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising without explicit opt-in.
  • We do not profile users for automated decisions that produce legal or significant effects.
  • We do not retain advertising identifiers beyond the consent window.
Section 4
Sensitive Data

Never send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, identity documents, or wallet contents through support email or any other communication channel. XColdPro will never request these. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt.

Section 5
Verification of Your Request

For account-specific privacy requests we may need to verify that you control the relevant email address or order/license number. Verification protects your data and is not intended to obstruct your rights.

Authorized agents acting on your behalf must provide written authorization signed by you, plus their own contact details, before we will act on the request.

Section 6
Non-Discrimination

XColdPro Shop will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Opting out will not affect access to the shop, product quality, or pricing.
