Terms of Service

By accessing or using the XColdPro Shop (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The XColdPro Shop, operated by XDRIP Digital Management LLC, sells software licenses (BootVault, Ark, browser extensions), hardware products (ColdGuardian, VaultPacks), and related services. Software licensing is also subject to the Software Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card data.
• An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation and license / shipment notification.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for fraud prevention, pricing errors, or eligibility issues.

Upon successful payment, XDRIP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Software in accordance with the Software Disclaimer and any product-specific documentation. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or remove copyright notices.

ColdGuardian devices include a 1-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, sealed hardware. See the Shipping & Returns policy for full terms.

Software licenses, including BootVault and Ark, are non-refundable once activated due to the nature of self-custody key material. Pre-activation refunds may be granted within 14 days at our discretion.

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information
• Do not engage in fraud, chargebacks without cause, or abuse of support
• Do not attempt to compromise the Service security
• Comply with applicable export controls and sanctions laws

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for the limited hardware warranty above and any non-waivable consumer protections under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XDRIP Digital Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of digital assets, arising from your use of the Service or any product. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support; closure does not waive obligations for past orders.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-shop notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
